These MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE (this “Agreement”) is made between Referromed US INC dba Florie. (“Florie”) and the person or entity to whom we provide our Services (as defined below) (“Customer”, “you” or “your”).

Florie provides certain services relating to the transfer of medical referrals, referral network development and analysis, encrypted messaging, and other digital communications and tools (the “Services”) through the web site located at https://www.myflorie.com and such other sites, including mobile applications, as may be designated by Florie (each, the “Site” or collectively, the “Sites”). All access to and use of the Services available through the Site are subject to the terms of this Agreement. If you wish to access and use the publicly available portions of the Services and the Site, you may do so only in compliance with this Agreement. If you have signed up (whether through the Site, by email, phone, or otherwise) with Florie (your “Order”) and use the Services requiring registration, Florie is willing to accept your Order and provide you with access to and use of those Services subject to you complying with this Agreement.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER OR BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU (1) HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT; (2) IF AN INDIVIDUAL, ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER, AND; (3) MEET THE OTHER QUALIFICATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

This Agreement is entered into as of the earlier of the date you first submit an Order relating to the Services or first access or use the Services or the Site (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement consists of the following terms and conditions and each Order submitted by you and accepted by Florie, each of which is incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement.

The Florie application includes an automated SMS service which provides SMS messages to your lawful contacts and/or patients (“recipients”) as a function of your activity. The message frequency will vary based on your interaction with your patients.  Some examples include:

The Florie application also uses an automated SMS service for two-factor authentication, or 2FA. The message frequency will vary based on the user’s activity and, as usual, message and data rates may apply.  Users may opt to receive an automated phone call for two-factor authentication in lieu of a text message.

Florie does not and will not sell, reveal, transmit, or share mobile phone numbers except as a function of executing valid, encrypted, automated transmission requests between authenticated patients and authenticated healthcare users who have demonstrated a legal right to view the patient’s information.  The recipient may cancel the SMS service at any time.

Recipients may simply text “STOP” to the short code. After a recipient sends the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send the recipient an SMS message to confirm that they have been unsubscribed. After unsubscribing, they will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If the recipient wishes to join again, they may send an SMS message “START” to us and we will start sending SMS messages to them again.  Please note that any user who stops the SMS service may encounter difficulty with their login in the future should they require 2FA unless they choose the option to receive an automated phone call.

If any recipient is experiencing issues with the messaging program, they may reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or they may get help directly at help@myflorie.com

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to recipients from us and to us from recipients. Recipients will receive {message frequency}. If any recipient has any questions about their text plan or data plan, they should contact their wireless provider.
